Dr. Krishen Ranganath is a seasoned Consultant Psychiatrist with over two decades of clinical experience in the UK and India. He brings extensive expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of mental health conditions.
After completing an MBBS from Bangalore University, Dr Krishen trained in psychiatry in the UK and completed his specialist training in Adult Psychiatry and Rehabilitation Psychiatry.
He has also had experience working in other sub-specialties like Geriatric Psychiatry, Child Psychiatry, Learning Disability Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Forensic Psychiatry, and Early Intervention in Psychosis. He also holds a Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry from Ireland. He did an internship in Medical Leadership in the UK. He holds a certificate (Part 1) in clinical Psychopharmacology from the British Association of Psychopharmacology. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychiatry from the University of Birmingham, UK.
He worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. He was the Lead for Mental Health Act and the Lead Consultant for Recovery Teams. He also had his own Private Practice in the UK.
